The twelve hundred is a binding total that covers travel time and our minimums, stairs or long carry would add only if present, and we do normally include a fuel surcharge but I can waive it if you’d like me to.

Twelve hundred is solid, thanks, but the customer's budget is two thousand dollars or less and we'd like to get lower, can you do nine hundred all in, including full value protection?
